Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Current valid Medical Card
- Background check and drug testing required

Pay and Benefits
Standard Compensation Package
- W2 or 1099 (OTR)
- Optional medical benefit program available after 60 days of employment
- Optional 401k program after one year of employment
- $0.55 to $0.65 per mile driven based on company seniority
- Guaranteed home-time (OTR) every two weeks
Incentive Programs
- Millage Bonus Program – weekly or monthly based on company policy
- Monthly/Quarterly Incentive Program – based on company policy
- Referral Bonus Program – based on company policy
